Although we are a new company, (founded in 2009), the seeds that became Projectcomp were
planted in 1998, when partners Kevin Dunn and Chris Garrison began
working together, managing operations, networking, data security,
change control,
disaster recovery planning, process automation and operations in the
data center of an industry-leading premium finance company. From
dealing with Y2K issues, to modernizing and securing ACH and lockbox
transactions with major banking partners, to migrating, planning and
implementing a data center relocation, to managing a project to
right-size a CICS
based application from a mainframe to a mid-range platform, Kevin and
Chris helped guide the company's Information Systems for over a decade.
When the company was sold to a major bank in 2009, the partners decided
to turn their combined IT experience into a business.
